Too Many Processes !!

tryin to give a little insight into wot the fook goes on with my sh*tty pc .
I'm obviously no expert but this looks like way too much , can anyone explain a little of wot all these are , and maybe help me sort the bugger out.

Thanks to anyone who gives a little time to look.
Obviously the top 2 are Internet Explorer and Football Manager , all the rest ???

It probably means you had more tabs open when you took the screenie, this uses memory. close them all down and that number should drop to about 12k with ucs webby minimised to desktop.

Running process's are fine, just the 12% cpu usage that worry's me, what else did you have open at the time of the screeny ?

yeah i had Footy Manager running too, and 2 maybe 3 tabs open to IE .
if all looks ok to you, then thats good enuff for me.

I would definitely clean out some of those processes. you have 43 processes running and have 1050MB of memory being used for those alone. I have 57 Processes running at the moment. And have only 768 MB used (Keeping in mind I have been using this PC for several hours now & currently have my pc maxxed out).

Either follow my guide. Or I could research for you into each of those processes and help you eliminate them.
